Imagine getting 1 dollar for every minute you sleep. The world would only be made of millionaires. There would be no poor people, and everybody would be kinda sleepy. But the thing is that sleeping needs to be in a certain amount. It’s bad to sleep less, it’s bad to sleep more. But it’s not only sleeping that gives us energy, it’s also napping. When you are so tired, and don’t have the energy to continue working, you suddenly start to nap. It’s good that we live in the US and have the right to nap. But in Japan, people think that you look ugly when you sleep. So napping in Japan is illegal. But napping helps us to be healthy, even though we look ugly. It’s the organism’s demand that we need to follow in order to feel better.
All age groups need to sleep well. As they don’t sleep enough, they will be tired. Napping helps literally to everyone. If you nap too much, it can cause bad consequences. You will stay awake all night, and you will ruin your sleep pattern. So It will be good if people follow their sleep schedule. More deeper, on weekends people will feel them more free and maybe some people won’t follow their routine. It’s harder for shift workers. They are sleeping when we are awake and we sleep while they are working.

Yes, it’s right that we need to sleep as many hours as it’s similar to our age people. But we also need to nap in right amount. The perfect amount for napping is 24 minutes. It’s better to sleep more and nap less, as shorter naps are more helpful. When you nap more than 24 minutes, you will be snoggy. And also we need to pay attention to the time for napping. You need to nap earlier, at noon, because when you nap in the evening and it’s near to your sleep time, you won’t sleep.
